Delivery:

Unless otherwise noted, delivery will be made F.O.B. Orion Electronics Supplies Inc

Title:

Title to all goods and materials purchased shall remain with Orion Electronics Supplies Inc until the full purchase price has been paid.

Warranty:

2 years on labour. Manufacturer’s warranty on parts. Full Systems built by Orion Electronics Supplies Inc come with an accompanying two-years warranty on parts and labour.

Returns:

All returns for either credit or warranty must be: 1) in original packaging; 2) in physically resaleable condition (i.e. no physical damage or marks on item(s), manuals or other original materials); 3) accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and 4) shipped prepaid and received at Orion Electronics Supplies Inc before replacement can be sent . Credit will be given at price in effect at time of return less a 10% restocking fee. No credit or refund will be given on items received after 30 days from the order date. There will be a 1.5% finance charge per month on all past due invoices and a $20 service charge per returned check. Customer hereby agrees to pay all collection costs including attorney’s fees and court costs if such are required. In all cases labour is non-returnable and non-refundable, and there shall be no returns on custom built systems. ("Custom Built Systems" are systems built for the customer by Orion Electronics Supplies Inc and are accompanied by the aforementioned two-year parts and labour warranty.)

Handling/Restocking Fee:

All items shall be tested prior to shipping. If we find that the product is not defective, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

All returns shall be at price in effect at time of return and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Scope of this Agreement:

This agreement covers all materials in which the customer may hereafter acquire at any time from the supplier. This contract constitutes the entire agreement with the supplier. No waivers or modifications shall be valid unless the same are in writing and executed by the parties thereto. This contract shall apply and accrue to the benefit of -- and be binding upon -- the heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of the respective parties.

Receipt and Acceptance of Agreement:

Acceptance of goods from Orion Electronics Supplies Inc manifests the customer’s acknowledgment of receipt and acceptance of this agreement and its execution at time of purchase.
